Ivy Referral Program Terms

In order to participate in the Ivy referral program, you must submit only referrals that are businesses agreeing to receive information from Ivy about Ivy membership plans. For each valid referral, the reward is a $175 code for use on purchases on the Houzz Shop — the code will be issued to the email address on file with Ivy for the valid referral and the email address must be associated with an active account on houzz.com.

 

In order for a referral to be valid, (i) you must have submitted the referral’s contact information no earlier than 12 months before the referral’s first-time purchase of an Ivy membership plan and prior to being referred by others, (ii) the Ivy membership plan must be for a different company than yours, (iii) the referral must have entered into an agreement to pay for a full year of the Ivy service plan. Houzz will determine whether a referral is valid. Houzz will automatically email you your reward within 30 calendar days (a) after a valid referral confirms you are the referrer and pays for its first month of any Ivy membership and (b) provided that you have an active account on houzz.com, which is subject to acceptance of the Houzz Terms of Use.

 

Rewards are non-transferable, not redeemable for additional cash or credits, and not allowed where prohibited. Houzz reserves the right to cancel or rescind any rewards if it determines that an involved party has obtained a refund or has not paid for the full first year of the Ivy membership plan or violated these terms or Ivy’s Terms of Service or Houzz Terms of Use, including through any fraudulent or misleading referral activity, abuse, misuse, harassment, or other inappropriate or suspicious activity.  Limited time offer; subject to change.
